Sheet metal processing is called sheet metal processing. Now most machine tool manufacturers will provide automatic programming software (almost all domestic manufacturers cooperate with foreign software companies to sell OEM, so they do not have their own software research and development team), so they have greatly facilitated programming engineers. The factors that the stamping / cutting programming engineer should consider are the utilization rate, cutting tool, efficiency, accuracy and so on. After stamping / cutting is completed, the part is removed from the micro connection and then sent to the bending machine for bending.
1.3 in the bending process, the main consideration is tool selection, bending order, bending compensation, bending interference, etc. Generally, there will be a random sales of bending programming software, but most CNC bending machines in China are still manual programming, often relying on the experience of teachers Fu. On the other hand, the domestic manufacturing process requirements have a certain distance from foreign countries, so the efficiency has not been improved, and the performance of CNC bending machine has not been played to the extreme.

2.2 the machining accuracy requirements are low and easy to start. As far as gold processing is concerned, precision is common in several silk, and the complexity of technology is also relatively high, even some parts have dozens of processes. Therefore, the gold processing enterprises usually need various mechanical equipment to meet the different technological requirements. The precision of sheet metal punching is generally ± About 0.1mm, the bending accuracy can be generally reached ± 0.5mm, so the precision is much lower than that of gold processing.
